Good Idea or Bad Idea: Shake-n-Pour Brownies

Just add water.

We’ve heard that before. But what about when it’s with brownies? A package from Betty Crocker arrived today with their new Shake-n-Pour brownie batter. All you do is add 1/2 cup of water, tighten the lid, mix it up, and it’s ready to go in the oven.  They also have it for their confetti cupcake and chocolate cupcake batters.

Best thing to happen to dessertheads since the Easy Bake Oven? Or a bit too similar to a tub of detergent to make you feel hungry? Let us know in the comments–and check back in tomorrow to see the results!

Love them! I actually got the confetti ones & I make a cupcake every night & just refrigerate the thing. It’s fine the next day. But it can only last in the fridge for like 5 days.

It looks gross but it sounds yummy and wonderful. But I wonder how synthetic they taste.

This could make for an awesome April fools day prank if you know someone who doesn’t pay attention when they do their laundry.
