The Lost in Translation effect continues.

For The xx’s latest music video, they took to their Tokyo hotel room. You get to see glimpses of the Shibuya streets below, as well as band member Romy strumming away as she sings their new song “Angels.”

The band posted it today, along with a bit of commentary: “We filmed this whilst on tour in Tokyo. We were so inspired by Tokyo and the view from Romy’s hotel room on the 33rd floor, that we asked our friend Jamie-James Medina to film us recording a version of Angels in there. Love The xx”
