Just because Billy Corgan is busy with the Smashing Pumpkins (yes, they’re still around–and they’ve got a tour coming up this October) doesn’t mean that James Iha is in alt-rock exile.

The onetime Pumpkins guitarist has a new album, Look to the Sky, coming out September 18, as well as a slew of tour dates for this fall.

And there’s this music video for ”To Who Knows Where,” which is like a modern-day retelling of Bowie’s “The Man Who Fell To Earth.” The song’s good, but the two-tone hair is better–or, should we say, out of this world. Watch to see what we mean.
