The three parts to the Rag & Bone spring ’13 face:
1) Clean, clear skin. Revlon’s Gucci Westman says to give it a good scrub before you put on any makeup.
2) Dab your lip balm on both your lips and your cheeks (just like we told you yesterday).
3) Use a brow liner to add a bit of definition to your brows. Westman described them as being a bit “German,” which is code-word for amazing.
