Included in our round-up of backstage makeup artist and hair stylist-approved products are NYX’s Jumbo Eye Pencils, a favorite of Tina Turnbow’s.
If you wondered what they look like on, well here you go. She used them in both Milk and Black Pearl to get this Penelope Tree-meets-Black Swan inspired eye at Erickson Beamon.
The end result was a bit dramatic, so for everyday wear Turnbow suggests keeping the almond shape but not extending the line past the edge of the lashline. As for lips? Keep it simple with a pseudo-stain using NYX’s Color Lip Balm in Sukriya (another Turnbow favorite).
