Music Video: Lana Del Rey

Box sets. Deluxe editions. Re-releases.

There are a lot of different ways that bands can maintain buzz even when they don’t have a new album. For Lana Del Rey–who, let’s remember, is in the midst of her big H&M campaign–the answer seems to be all three.

Today she announced Born To Die – The Paradise Edition, which features eight previously unreleased tracks including the new Rick Rubin-produced “Ride.” You can get it as a double disc or a deluxe set (it includes, among other things, four art prints). Whichever way you want it, you can’t get your hands on it until November 13, but if you never bought the album you can just get the regular (original) Born To Die here…and you can also check out the lo-fi music video she put together to promote it.

Clearly if we’re not born to die, we’re born to buy a lot of music from Lana. –REBECCA WILLA DAVIS
