The faces of Paris Fashion Week continue! NARS expert Val Garland told us how to nail the “intense eyes” from Roland Mouret SS ’13.

Val Garland for NARS Cosmetics described the Roland Mouret girl in a way that we hope to describe ourselves after a little bit of time spent creating a smokey eye of our own: “This girl is a reckless rebel, which you can see in the eyes.”
