Best Dressed: Rachel Bilson

Confession: I don’t really know what “business casual” means, let alone how to put together an outfit that fits the definition.

Which is exactly what I initially liked about Rachel Bilson’s outfit (above).  Spotted yesterday in NYC wearing slightly oversized rolled denim pants, a chic cropped blazer, and a white leather tote, the actress looks perfectly put together– yet she manages to look herself, totally comfortable, and ready to conquer the work week.

We must to copy her immediately!
