Pucker Up

The story behind L.A.-based brand For Love & Lemons is pretty cute: Gillian Mahin and Laura Hall met as kids in Wyoming and, quickly becoming BFFs, they set up a lemonade stand to make some money. Fast forward many years later and they’re still running a business–only now, it’s a clothing label.
But while their friendship has endured many years and crossed state borders, there is one big change underway: Today For Love & Lemons’ website got a facelift–and a brand new e-commerce set-up. To celebrate they’re offering 40-percent off their gypsy-punk designs through the weekend (just enter “NEWSITE” at check-out). Yes, that means slouchy plaid sweaters, Stevie Nicks-esque fringed skirts, and cut-out dresses are now even more affordable. Yes, the prices may still be a bit more than a cup of lemonade–but they’re way sweeter. Start shopping here. –REBECCA WILLA DAVIS
