We went through every red carpet photo from last night’s American Music Awards and Lucy Hale from Pretty Little Liars still got our Beauty Queen vote. Here’s three tips to get Hale’s dramatic eyes:

SHADOW IT: Nars Eyeshadow Duo, $34
Start with the darker color on the lid and use the frosty color all the way up to your browline.

LINE IT: Clinique Brush-On Cream Liner, $22
Wet your liner brush (hold it like you would a pencil) and work your way from the center of eye towards the outter part of your eye, applying multiple layers. Then fill in your inner corner.

LASH IT: Illamasqua, $12
