November marks Aviation History Month, and we’re ready to celebrate the friendly skies– sans airports, boarding passes, and luggage carousels.

The Aviation Cocktail
Ingredients:
1 1/2 parts Hendrick’s Ginny
1/2 part lemon juice
1/3 part maraschino liqueur
2 dashes Crème de Violette
Preparation:
Combine Hendrick’s Gin, lemon juice, and maraschino liqueur with ice and shake. Strain, add Crème de Violette and garnish with a lemon peel.
