Meet Lexie Roth. As the daughter of Arlen Roth (the guitar god who has performed with everyone from Bob Dylan to Simon and Garfunkel), it’s no surprise the singer/songwriter possesses a unique musical talent of her own. Debuting her first album earlier this year (check it out here), Roth just released a music video for her cool, moody single, “Stay or Go.”
For Roth, the song is about “the frantic restlessness of being in your early twenties and feeling constantly compelled to seek or forge an identity and a life; it’s about the struggle of being just one person wanting to experience, see, taste, meet, be everything and everyone at once.”
Definitely something we can all relate to, no?

Wonderful song. At the same time it entices you, it breaks your heart with the truth of life’s failings. And the “Will I stay or go” mantra stays with you long after the singer has stopped singing. Can’t stop listening to this one. Lexie Roth, yeah, yeah, yeah.

Haunting, evocative,ethereal yet gritty and real – she puts it all out there and does it so beautifully! The video is beautifully filmed. A gem! Way to go Lexie Can’t get any better!
