Be prepared for what might be the best news of your day: Not only is the Arrested Development reboot/movie still happening, but Netflix–which will be airing the “TV” portion of the show–has expanded its commitment from 10 episodes to 12-15 (the number is still being hammered out).

YYYEEESSSSSS!!

OK, now that that scream of excitement’s out of my system, a few more updates: They’re going over footage and will shoot some extra scenes in January. Also, although no official date has been set the series is slated to start back up again sometime this spring. So basically, the wait for Baz Luhrmann’s The Great Gatsby is now longer than the wait for the Bluth family.
