We Love This Photo of Chloe Norgaard
We’re constantly fascinated by Chloe Norgaard’s hair. And how could we not? She’s pretty much mastered the technicolor hair look (brilliantly displayed in the most recent Pencey lookbook).
But our Art Basel Miami correspondents Dakota Solt and Lisa Ziven (aka Crybaby Presents) caught up with the model in Florida and we’re pretty sure that her tresses have gone from My Little Pony to Rainbow Brite. These aren’t low-key pastels; instead, it’s raver-style, retina-searing hot pink, acid green, and blue raspberry.
No surprise, then, that she told us that her style inspiration is, simply, “Candy!”
So, who’s copping Chloe’s look this weekend? You’ll need a pack of hair chalk…or, if you’re really gutsy, a few bottles of Manic Panic. –REBECCA WILLA DAVIS

why is she such a big deal? because she is pretty model and has multi-colored hair??? They will make any pretty white girl with a gemick famous I swear.

Chloe Norgaard is a style trend-setter, that’s why people are watching her, not just her hair, but her fashion sense is top-of the mark. ytinifx, why are you a hater? Chloe shines! and she rocks her style. She is an inspiration to many, for her freedom-style, and her positive outlook on life.
