Hello NYLON, Goodbye Gossip Girl

The Greatest Show of Our Generation–aka Gossip Girl–aired its very last episode yesterday.

Yes, we now know who Gossip Girl is, and no, we’re not about to tell you. (If you really want to know, watch the episode here.)

But we will share this spoiler: NYLON is a major player in the episode. Seriously–our October It Issue featuring Emma Watson, Logan Lerman, and Ezra Miller gets some screen time as Serena pulls it out of her bag while on an airplane.

It’s not the first time our magazine has been used as flight entertainment–just this weekend, Judd Apatow tweeted a photo of him and his daughter Maude posing next to our December/January issue mid-trip–but we can definitively say that we’ve never gotten the series finale treatment. So thank you, Gossip Girl. And, of course, XOXO.

    Funny…the post that is going up on my blog tomorrow compares Gossip Girl to NYLON! :)

    It’s not the first time Nylon has been featured in Gossip Girl–in a season 2 episode where Serena and Dan are on a bus ride from the Hamptons, Serena passes him a copy and says something along the lines of “I know you like the music reviews.”
