This winter, we’ve been really into the black-and-blue combo, particularly in the form of a navy peacoat and black skinny jeans or stocking.

Apparently little miss Elle Fanning is playing around with the color duo too, only she’s doing it with a sweet pastel blue.

The result? We don’t know about you, but we think the blonde actress looks cute, quirky, and definitely chicer than any high schooler we know.

The question is, can we pull it off? Why not! Here’s our game plan:

    i LOVE this cute little ensemble! I am not surprised that “Best Dressed” goes to Elle, she is adorable and so smart when it comes to fashion. ♥ her!
