Summit Entertainment just released a new trailer for Side Effects and it looks pretty damn scary.

Directed by Steven Soderbergh, the thriller stars Rooney Mara, Channing Tatum (who worked with Soderbergh in Magic Mike), and Jude Law.

From what we can deduce from the preview, Mara’s character starts taking a prescription pill which ends up having deadly side effects. Sort of seems like Limitless, but with a dark, racy subplot, a la Closer. But it looks definitely scarier than either of those films–since neither was scary at all.
