When you flip through the pages of magazines you often see celebs in ads looking so good. (Sometimes, too good–like, is that really them, or are they getting a little bit of Photoshop help there?)

And we’re certain that Olivia Wilde is going to look great in the final, finished photo from her shoot for Revlon’s new Luxurious ColorSilk Buttercream hair color. But what we really love is this behind-the-scenes, un-retouched snap of the actress mid-prep.

Why? Well for one, the NYLON cover girl looks amazing–and has really, really good posture to boot. (That’s a new office resolution in the digital department, by the way.) But also, you get to see everything going on–the talent, the hair stylist, the lights, the props, the dress. We’ve sat through a lot of photoshoots (in fact, there’s one going on right now in our office), and they never cease to excite us.

So thanks Olivia and Revlon for showing us both the before and after pics. Think of it as the Under Cover page of the non-NYLON world.
