Here to further prove our theory: Ms. Elle Fanning, spotted yesterday in South Korea.

Wearing a itty-bitty mini dress from Opening Ceremony’s Resort 2013 collection, the actress looks like a teenage dream (forgive us, we had to..).

We love the cinched waist and flared skirt combo, the contrast color clutch, and don’t even getting us started on those satin Miu Miu sandals.

    She looks great! The shoes are a perfect match. And, besides, I just love anything Opening Ceremony. But she wears it so well.
