Georgia Jagger’s 21st birthday party in London was clearly a costume one, though we’re not exactly sure what Cara Delevingne came dressed as. She appears to be wearing a whoopie cushion with a crown, Jeremy Scott shoes and the best part: sweatpants. It’s definitely not her best look, but it’s the best example of our favorite thing about her: her goofy side.—RAY SIEGEL
