We’re less than three months away from Coachella 2013, and while some of us may already be planning our Indio pilgrimage, we still didn’t know who would actually be taking the stage…until now.
The lineup for this year’s Coachella has just been released. If you’re into bands that have been around for at least a few years, you’re in luck–the headliners are the Stone Roses, Blur, Phoenix, and Red Hot Chili Peppers (with other bands like Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Modest Mouse, Lou Reed, New Order, and Wu-Tang Clan also getting top billing). We can’t tell if it’s 1995 or 2005 with this lineup, but either way: lots to get excited about.
Who’s worth getting there early for? IO Echo and Purity Ring on both Fridays (April 12 and 19), Wild Nothing and Kurt Vile on both Saturdays (April 13 and 20), and Wild Belle and DIIV on Sunday (April 14 and 21).
Who’s worth staying there really late for? That’s what we want to know–let us know in the comment which headliner you’re most excited to see…and check out the full lineup below.
