Of all the award shows, the DGA Awards–that would be Director’s Guild Awards–tend to get the quietest fanfare. And we totally get it: Wouldn’t you rather watch, say, Tina Fey and Amy Poehler throw out jokes than sit through a ceremony featuring mostly old white dudes who are always behind the camera?

But this year’s DGA Awards got a little more interesting, thanks to Lena Dunham. The 26-year-old won the DGA Award for “directorial achievement” in a comedy series for the pilot episode of Girls, which is pretty awesome in of itself. But that’s not our favorite thing from the night….

What totally got us is the fact that she got up close and personal with Ben Affleck on the red carpet–and then tweeted, “Goodnight. I wish every night was the DGAs #truehonor #loveandAFFLECKtion” with this photo of her giving the actor/director a big hug.

We can’t quite tell if Affleck is into it–never mind if he even knows who she is–but we think at the very least they deserve a nickname. Dunfleck? Affham? BENA?!
