Yesterday, we explored the joys to dressing in head-to-toe white. Rita Ora must be a reader, because she went that route while hanging out at a London radio station. As we know, there are serious perils; a dressed-up look like Rooney’s could look too bridal, while a dressed-down ensemble like Rita’s could feel a little painter (and not in the cool Pablo Picasso way, but more like the guy your super sends to clean up your walls).

So how does she make it work? It’s all about the high-low combination of a cool, worn-in leather jacket and a very structured doctors bag.  From there, you can pair it with just a classic white button-down or an is-it-workwear-or-fashion jumpsuit it and it’s just the right side of edgy.

And if you still need a little bit of color, Rita’s got an answer for that, too: It’s all in the lipstick, baby–she went with a tangerine, but a bright red or fuchsia would look good, too.
