It’s hard to focus on shopping for spring while all of the new fall collections are trickling in—and when it’s this freezing outside. But over at Gap, the spring lookbook features a ton of transitional pieces all layered up, which is making us feel much better about parting with our shirts on shirts on shirts steeze. Because to us, it’s not quite an outfit unless we’re wearing at least three tops, even on a warmer day. Though what we lack in layers we make up for in accessories (as many neon bracelets as we can fit on one arm). So come spring, a lightweight denim button-down mixed with stripes and an anorak sits really well with us. As for those open toe wedges, we’re totally cool with holding out for another few weeks.—RAY SIEGEL
