If you’re into wearing grey, white, and black (everyone raising their hands?) you’ll love Gareth Pugh’s fall ’13 collection. His color palette is not exactly shocking, but the makeup always is. Last season his models had, red nearly swollen and bloody eyes. But for next fall, the look is a little bit less vampire-y, but still all about the eyes.

To put Pugh’s moodiness in effect, he went for the most graphic possible version of a smokey eye and it’s heavenly. It’s cleaner and more deliberate, but we love it because in a sea of retro looks, this one feels bran new.

So what do we do when we can’t quite afford new Gareth Pugh? We go on a shopping spree at Zara and copy these amazing eyes.—RAY SIEGEL
