Best Dressed: Emma Stone
The weekend always remind us that there is nothing better than wearing your pajamas for way longer than you’re actually in bed–and if you can find clothing that emulates that feeling, all the better.
And Emma Stone, it seems, agrees. At last night’s New York City premiere of the movie The Croods, the actress looked her usual stylish self–only way comfortable. See, she wore a basic white T-shirt under her sculpted strapless gown. There were no cold arms or awkward neckline yanking; instead she just seems to have found the perfect combination for what we’re dubbing red carpet casual (her dress even had pockets, which we kind of feel like should be a basic design requirement on all formal wear). Throw in a statement necklace and a pair of major heels and you’ve got yourself a premiere-worthy ensemble. Or, take that dress you bought for a wedding but have had no reason to wear ever since, layer it on top of a tee, and you’ve got a dressed-down version that you can wear on the days you slip out of your faux pajama pants.
