Music Video: The Strokes
Just released this morning, The Strokes new video for their latest single “All the Time” features clips of the band that span from the early days of “Last Nite” to their most recent tour for Angles.
Featuring footage of the five-some performing, rehearsing, and wrestling with each other on a couch, it kind of feels like a classic Bruce Springsteen music video, which is definitely not a bad thing in the least. Plus, combined with the romantic lyrics, Julian’s hazy voice, and clips of Fabrizio and Albert as baby-faced BFFs, the video left us feeling pretty damn nostalgic for band we grew up listening to. To quote one of their earlier singles, “In many ways, they’ll miss the good old days”–but who says that’s such a bad thing anyway, right?
