Some people read NYLONmag.com and think, I wish I could spend all day writing these stories.
But if you’re more like, “Why can’t I be making those graphics and building those pages?!” then you’re going to want to apply for our new web intern opening!

Today’s website, What if Adele was Mrs. Doubtfire?, is perfectly bizarre. Check it now and thank us later. ALI HOFFMAN

To your left you’ll find the beauty look at Dior’s spring ’13 couture show, which was held yesterday.
To your right you’ll find the inaugural issue of NYLON featuring Liv Tyler, from April 1999.
Is it just us, or are we seeing double? Or more importantly, has Pat McGrath been going through her old issues of NYLON?

Today’s Throwback Thursday goes to Michelle Trachtenberg as Harriet the Spy. If it’s been a while since you last saw the flick, we highly recommend re-watching it.
PS: “The only thing worse than being Marion Hawthorn, is wanting to be Marion Hawthorn.”

Monday’s music is “I Was a Fool” by Tegan and Sara. We think you’ll love it…

Special delivery from NYLON Singapore!
This holiday card landed in our inbox today, and we couldn’t not share it, you know? If you’re headed to Southeast Asia for vacation, pick up a copy–and say hello to them for us!

Attention last-minute holiday gift shoppers: We’ve given you a million ideas for what to buy (or put on your wish list), but if you’re really stuck you should check out our gift guide for Urban Outfitters.
Store regulars know that the retailer has been spotlighting their faves–from Best Coast to Susie Bubble to Lisa Frank–on their UO Nice List, and NYLON made the cut.
What does that mean? In addition to having me fill out a holiday-themed questionnaire (yes, now everyone knows that if I could make out with anyone on New Year’s Eve it would be ’70s-era Richard Hell), they also asked me to pick a few of the things I’m dying for.
You can shop my faves here. And if you don’t think anyone on your list would love a leopard print beanie or a geometric terrarium, I won’t blame you if you order a few things to keep for yourself. Because what’s a nice list without a little bit of naughty, right? –REBECCA WILLA DAVIS

The Greatest Show of Our Generation–aka Gossip Girl–aired its very last episode yesterday.
Yes, we now know who Gossip Girl is, and no, we’re not about to tell you. (If you really want to know, watch the episode here.)
But we will share this spoiler: NYLON is a major player in the episode. Seriously–our October It Issue featuring Emma Watson, Logan Lerman, and Ezra Miller gets some screen time as Serena pulls it out of her bag while on an airplane.
It’s not the first time our magazine has been used as flight entertainment–just this weekend, Judd Apatow tweeted a photo of him and his daughter Maude posing next to our December/January issue mid-trip–but we can definitively say that we’ve never gotten the series finale treatment. So thank you, Gossip Girl. And, of course, XOXO.
